New Holiday Homes

An extensive choice of new holiday homes is on offer through our sales agents. 10ft and 12ft plots up to 40ft may be vacant at any one time. Alternatively, check on our Facebook page or contact us to see if any pre-owned holiday homes are for sale on site.

All new clients sign an industry standard licence agreement; for new holiday homes this gives a 15 year tenure of the plot. The park rules are designed to safeguard clients’ mutual interests and so ensure the full enjoyment of their holiday homes.

The licence agreement for holiday homes on Millbrook Caravan Park requires that adequate insurance is arranged.

The majority of the plots are occupied by privately owned static holiday homes, but pitches are also allocated to seasonal and short-stay caravans. The park is maintained to a high standard with a mixture of open, grassed areas and woodland for clients to enjoy. Our wardens live on site, and at night the park is lit for additional safety; other facilities include an on-site shop and self-operated laundry.

At Millbrook we believe that clients who are looking to purchase a new holiday home should have a wide range of caravan manufacturers and models from which to choose. Consequently, all new holiday homes are purchased through our approved sales agents. When you have chosen the caravan that best suits your needs the agent will be responsible for its delivery, siting and after-care.
